Here is my InstaShiatsu Foot Massager with Air Compression & Heat (model IS-4000) by truMedic review. I'm going to start with the obvious. This is a very straightforward shiatsu foot massager. I think that's what makes it a higher rated massager. It has 3 intensity levels to choose from. I liked the air compressions because of the good pressure and the rolling action only adds to the foot massage. For me, I loved the highest setting. Being on my feet all day is enough but with the weather adding the heat doesn't make them better on the hot asphault. My feet are always aching. So I can appreciate the strength of this shiatsu massager. This InstaShiatsu massager also has air compression sleeves to fit around your calves so they can experience a nice pressure massage as well. They are good when you want that something extra in your massage. Another great feature of this foot massager is that almost your entire foot (at least for me) will get the compression pressure. Most massagers will only do the bottoms and leave the tops untouched. Doesn't seem fair to me sometimes. This unit also has some heat for your foot massages but isn't what I would call heat. At best, it is luke warm. As with many foot massagers, you can remove the inserts for easy washing and this unit fits up to a size 12 (U.S.). If you are suffering from plantar fasciitis or other foot/ankle pain, I think you will be surprised how well this shiatsu foot massager works. Also, as others have said in their reviews, this might actually help you sleep better. This is done to the heels and the company describes them as continuous, pulse and wave-like. I personally liked the continuous the most but no matter which one you end up liking, you have the ability to control the speed it is being delivered which I really liked. I preferred it faster. Also in this function, it shakes your legs for added relief. The air compression massage definitely delivers as described. The best thing I loved about this function is that is covered both of my feet entirely. The bags inflate to your specified intensity and works its wonders. For me, doing this for as long as I have been, the stronger the better. They feel exactly like when you get your blood pressure tested. The pressure and release really gets your blood circulation going. The shiatsu massage is assisted with rollers to stimulate your feet just like a massager at the spa would massage your feet (just without the huge expense each time). Again, you can control the intensity to your own comfort level. While with most, I do start off on the lighter settings before making my way to the stronger ones. This massager delivers superior performance just like the UK580 that I just reviewed but it is absent the heat function. We all know that I love the heat but this still gives excellent massages to the legs and feet. One of the best features of this massager is not only the larger rollers giving a deeper shiatsu massage but that it has a tapping feature for the heels of the feet. This increases the blood flow to the feet for better circulation. Better blood flow to the feet and body stimulates the body better. Another great feature that I normally don't mention is the ease of use of the control panel. Anyone can quickly navigate it without any confusion so I won't go further on it. This also has a mechanical compression unlike other massagers with air filled bags for compression. However, I actually think it might edge out the air compression by a bit. There are 3 automatic programs for the kind of massage you want, 2 levels of speed to choose from, 3 different vibrating modes for just the right intensity and a convenient timer that lasts 15 minutes in case you fall asleep like I do sometimes. This uKnead leg and foot massager has the normal removable/washable liners and also has foam pads that you can insert (leg or foot areas) if you want a softer than normal intensity. And let's not forget that this machine's angle adjustment for your sitting comfort. So you are able to sit back in the chair without having to be straight up for every massage. If you are the type that likes it easy, you must start off with the lowest levels (it has 3 settings) or you may be very sore afterwards. Next is the heat which I always love. You can have the heat on for both the foot massage and the calf massage but can use it for either/or when you want. It is more than enough to brisk you into that dreamworld when you close your eyes feeling the tension disappear from your muscles. The calf massager has air compression along with kneading rollers that feel like human hands kneading all of your stress points. Another great feature that I loved about the Uknead foot and calf massager is that it can tilt. So depending on your chair height or how you are sitting, you can adjust it by simply pushing a button on the side of the unit. While there are many wonderful features of this foot and calf massager, I was a little disappointed that there isn't a vibrating mode. I always like vibration with the heat function of massagers. That being said, overall, this is still a powerhouse of an electric massager. With its intensity, heat and comfort settings, having no vibrating setting won't be a thought. The Daiwa Felicity Electric Foot Massager Calf Roller Reflexology Shiatsu Acupressure Massage is a genuine foot friend. The picture doesn't do justice for it as it is built strong and very well constructed. I love that it can be used for pretty much my whole body even though my feet need the most attention. I also love the different speeds that you get to choose from including the direction of the rollers. You can set them to go forward or backwards (reverse). I usually do about a 20 minute massage splitting that time with forward first then backwards.This really stands out from other massagers and helps my feet get enough circulation and believe it or not, I think it actually helps me sleep better. It's been said in other reviews that the rollers might be too hard or pointy for some feet. If you have extra sensitive feet, you might want to consider another foot massager or wear socks while your feet get used to the massager. However, I find that this is just right for my aching feet and for anyone else that wants a quality shiatsu foot massage, even if it is a little harder on the feet.

This is a massager of massagers that puts your feet, calves and thighs in an ultimate, lower body bliss. Talk about getting your relaxation on. I love foot massagers as I'm on my feet all day long but with the added benefits this one has for the lower half of the body, I'll be reviewing these a bit more often. OK. Let's get started. This full range massager by TheraSqueeze has an easy control panel to operate. I don't like complicated ones that nobody can understand. There are three levels of strength for your massage but be sure to get accustomed to this first before going to the strongest one as they have a generous amount of pressure which I personally prefer. It does this with a nice amount of air chambers (totalling 24) that squeeze away the daily tensions just like a professional massager with their inflating/deflating routine. The heating function is always nice to have but I would like it a bit more hotter especially getting the deep kneading shiatsu massage. Others will think it is just fine. I additionally liked the added vibrating that this foot massager gives as I always feel the next level of relaxation with vibration. Another great feature of the ThereSqueeze massager is this it gives you the option to have individual massages as the lower and upper portions of this machine can be worked independently of each other. After using this for a week, I felt great each time with my tingling sensation cranked up a few knotches and I slept a heck of a lot better where it was a deeper sleep. You'll probably feel lighter on your feet after each massage and also feel the blood circulating throughout your entire body, at least I did. All in all, I really enjoyed this massager. It is on the higher end of cost for massagers but this does work half your body. You could always go all the way and get a massage chair for a couple of grand but this is a great alternative if you are looking for precise massages on your legs and feet.
