It's like having the actions of rolling, shiatsu, kneading and so much more all at once. I was amazed on how good this felt especially sinc it is a new foot massager. Another great feature is, wait for it as you know me, is the infrared heat function. I LOVE HEAT! And this didn't disappointment. But to be honest, I would have liked a little more. It's me, I know. Another great feature about this Carepeutic Shiatsu Foot Massager with Heat is that it has programmed massages built in. It has a total of 3 and I think that is all anyone would need. This foot massager takes care of the rest. And weighing in at just 17 pounds, it is very easy to move from room to room.
In the end, this is a very good foot massager. I really didn't find anything wrong with it. I loved the style, design and operation of it. Maybe the holes might be a bit to small for someone with extra large feet but mine fit just fine. This is a great product and you should consider not only purchasing one for yourself, but as a gift for someone close to you. A quality foot massager would make the perfect gift especially for someone that is extremely diificult to shop for. Foot massagers have saved me many times for birthdays, weddings and Christmas.
